'Peptide Arrays 2013'

Following the success of the 2011 Meeting, the next meeting is planned for 2013. Register your interest and we will send you more information when it is available.
 

'Peptide Arrays 2011' was held over two days in March in London. Over 70 speakers and delegates attended from 12 countries to learn about the power of peptide array and peptide / protein chip technologies.

A high calibre group of international speakers covered application areas including:

  • Cancer signalling pathways
  • AKAPs
  • Supramolecular signalling complexes
  • Protein lipidation and molecular motor complexes
  • Anti-microbial peptides
  • Enzyme-substrate interactions
  • GSKIP
  • PDE4D5
  • SH3, WW and PDZ domains.

What Participants Thought

I thoroughly enjoyed this conference-some very interesting talks and the meeting was just the right size, just the right amount of people. Wonderful location. 2 day frame was just right.

The new Charles Darwin House Conference Centre is ideally located in Central London, just minutes from St. Pancras International (Eurostar Terminal) as well as other major rail stations with links to London's airports and all major UK cities.
 

Keynote Speaker

 
Dr. Ronald Frank, Helmholtz Centre for Infection Research, Germany

Dr. Frank originally developed the SPOT synthesis method for preparation of peptide arrays that has underpinned much of the work in this field. More recently he has developed novel methods for array production and the application of peptide and chemical libraries to the solution of biological problems.
